I picked this up as soon as I could on the steam store. Almost a decade down the line the game is only marginally different. Ambitious beyond it's scope, a tremendous undertaking of trying to make a Zombie survival game. At this price I'd direct you to other titles in the genre with more charm and a healthier life cycle in development. If the fact that this "early access" game came out on the store almost a decade ago doesn't tell you everything you need to know, I can't help recommend anything to you.

Zombies are bullet sponges from word go, their pathing is janky, and loot never quite feels worth the expense of the trip. Dissonant mechanics and tones in game play. There are many other zombie games I'd recommend picking up with friends as this one isn't worth the price of admission, nor the costs and fees required to host a multiplayer server.
