This App is Still Great. I am now using it with the Quest 3 and Skyrim VR (still).
The default profile for Skyrim activates NaLo when either of my thumbs are on a touch sensor on the edge of the controller, and it works great.
* Easy to avoid accidental activation
* No conflict with existing controls
* Analog Stick Movement works simultaneously

Natural Locomotion was a big experiment for me. I was very happy with teleport locomotion for most games, and generally loathe touchpad/gamepad locomotion in VR.... but I heard some good things about NaLo, and I thought it was worth checking out.

Long story short, it's fantastic.

I play predominantly with Skyrim, and it integrates smoothly, doesn't impact my spell-slinging effectiveness, and lets me get more exercise when I play.

I *LOVE* how well this works.
