Things to keep in mind
when someone paste a link in your chat or trade page:

# 2 Do not enter your password or try to login, when you open unknown link. http://prntscr.com/2sb3y4

# 3 If you want to know whether the unknown link is fake or not. Do following steps :

- Open your own steam profile in a new tab and login safely

- Open fake URL in another new tab and Check for the green url text and also whether the spelling is correct as shown in this picture http://prntscr.com/2sas4j

- Now if the fake URL is not logged in http://prntscr.com/2sc7wd and your steam profile is logged in http://prntscr.com/2sc73p ,
That means that the URL is fake and it is designed for phishing purposes. Hence if you try to login in that fake URL your password will be recorded
and the email verification code will be also recorded and he can login with your details and he can do what ever he wants with your items etc...

- normally after 4 or 5 days of creating ticket steam support would reply for your complaint. Be patient. Dont complaint again and again.

- They will get all your items back if they find your case is genuine and you provide correct details and snapshots and links etc.
