Unique Setting - Amazing Voice-acting - Great Visuals
A story that doesn't drag its feet with its pacing, it's a must buy for all who enjoy horror gaming experiences.

A new liminal space (but cozy, not uncomfortable) that has manifested in the form of a retro video poker game.

Great atmosphere, well designed story/level progression, and nice puzzles. Combat was a little rough at first (forget the wrench hah), but was fine once I found a good rhythm.

This was my first 'Kingdom' game. Its atmosphere (pixel art and music) is worth every penny and it is a perfect game to relax to on the Steam Deck but temper your expectations a little.

1. They aren't wrong when they say "micro-strategy" but I did expect a bit more than what was presented.
2. The introduction cutscene was an incredible hype but the remaining cutscenes are lackluster in comparison.

A refreshingly unique twist on the deckbuilding genre, Inscryption especially pulled me in with its intriguing mysteries and intricate lore. It is absolutely a must-buy for anyone who enjoys a challenging (but forgiving) story-driven experience.

For most of the last decade, I've was been nothing but impressed by the storytelling, art, and sound behind each Supergiant Games title and Hades is hands down the pinnacle product of their years of experience.

While a story built around roguelike gameplay may sound discouraging to some due to their tendency of resulting in a grind, Hades players can expect to be rewarded with character depth and apparent story progressions after each run.

Hades is easily worth every $$$

While I've seen complaints about it being a Pay-2-Win game, I've never felt like that was an issue. I've played completely F2P up to this point (~90 hours on record) and yes, it took time to earn my cards, but I find the game offers a good amount rotating content cycles, each with their own varying-levels of reward systems, that (if timed right) you can really maximize your in-game earnings without feeling left in the dust.

From a free Master rotation, Expeditions, Mayhem scenarios, Tri-house Tournaments, Drafting bouts, Guild conquests, and (yes) a Battle Pass, it's been a fun strategy game to learn and adapt to with the past few content updates I've seen thus far (new cards, new master, card balancing).

A fun mini co-op puzzle adventure for you and one other to kill in a night (or two).

While it felt as though some puzzles left very little room for error (and brought on a bit of stress to complete), the Developer's made massive improvements from their previous game (We Were Here).

One of the most important improvements being the updates on the main method of communicatiion (there is now a light that lights up on the walkie-talkie when your partner is trying to communicate too).

Looking forward to their next title in the series!
