LET ME PLAY THE GAME! As soon as you start having fun the game pauses to tell some corny cowboy joke nobody asked for

The art and music in this game is great, they should make a movie or something NOT A VIDEOGAME. The devs jumped on the trend of making games difficult but they are not capable of doing it so instead of the game requiring skill you have to die on first try and memorize the area. The devs tried being clever with mobs being used to get through some areas/puzzles but the inconsistency of these mobs is atrocious so even if you memorize the entire process of the level (exactly, A PROCESS because there's no room for different approaches) you still die to terrible hitboxes, mobs deciding suddenly not to shoot/attack or some spikes blending with the background. The "immortal" achievement should state instead "memorize the entire game".

-Hey guys so 90% of our maps are light in color... what should we make the color of the crosshair?
-How about white?
-Great idea!

This game is hard as advertised , but the devs forgot to mention all of the difficulty comes from bugs and terrible level design. The story is what you'd get if you turned a Marvel-fan-Apple-user into a plot but the music is amazing and finishing a group of enemies in style makes it really fun.

way too long matches

First dark souls game is something special, mysterious and unforgiving... but this is just terrible. Almost every bossfight is 1v2, 1v3 or worse or you have to kill 100 mobs before you can enter the boss room (can't just run past them). This is not the clever difficulty from dark souls 1, it's just cancer that does not satisfy when you beat it.

The game is really fun but if you're competitive prepare for 12yo kids in your team who miss a stationary ball and call you a noob

The game is pretty much dead and if you play online you get matched with people with 1000 hours in this game but I'm not reviewing people in the game but the game itself. The concept is great and single player part was a lot of fun. Not knowing where you're going or what enemy you will meet gives you the feeling of thrill "JUST LIKE DARK SOULS". The combat system is hard to master but easy to learn, you can play with default moves and still be good at it or be tryhard and make your own set or just find the hidden style which is really good and you can't change it.

Don't bother if you want to play a challenging hero, kids with overpowered heroes will spam heavy attack on you and still win every time. Also the most popular game modes are the worst ones where you get ganked 3v1 so if you want a quality match (1v1 or 2v2 but still people spamming heavy attack) you have to wait for a match... and when you find a match the enemy is 2 reputation higher than you. Overall the concept is great just like Rainbow Six, but Ubisoft ruins all games they touch.

I love this game and it could be the best game in the world BUT
If you buy it prepare for:

-enemies killing you before they peek
-dying before leaving spawn
-ash not giving a single s**t when you shoot her in the head 5 times
-waiting 30 minutes for a ranked match above plat
-teammates leaving 5 sec after you find a match and playing 4v5 for the rest of the match
-getting random disconnects
-playing with the same people over and over again
