I got this game because it was part of a Humble Bundle that had Bit.Trip runner 2, and decided to give it a try. I'm absolutely happy that I did.

It's not, stricly speaking, a game.
It's more of a novel with little interaction and some small puzzles to keep you entertained along the way.
I'm not writing this to demean the game, but just to be fair and warn you.

This out of the way, I can honestly say To The Moon is simply great.
It's Inception meets Memento meets The Final Cut meets Hayao Miyazaki's poetry.
Sadly, I can't say much more, because I'd risk to say too much, and that would spoil your game experience.
I can tell you to prepare for an emotional rollercoaster if you decide to play.
I can tell you to prepare to be overwhelmed by a story that deserves an Oscar, by the cure for the details, by a soundtrack absolutely stunning, by the poetry of this experience.
And I feel I've already told you too much.

I'll end telling you that I'm really really glad I got this game and played it, and I feel very lucky that was included in that Humble Bundle.
My only regret? I won't ever be able to play it again "for the first time".

I will still try to find a way to express how good this game is without saying anything more about it, but in the meantime you have to trust me on this: get it, you won't regret it.
