Here's my take

Pros:
Non-repetitive (to me, coming from playing age of empires, a game which I love, their maps are rando)

Decent balance. (Sometimes I get good location, sometimes I get ♥♥♥♥♥♥)

Can get pretty hard (which means there's room for grind, currently playing on easy.)

Most importantly : Fun

I have yet to find "cons" in this game because most of them are just related to more content but again this is early access, there'll be more. If they get a workshop going this game will be infinite.
