At first I was kinda let down by the mobile-like menu and interactions, and the fake car names.
But when I realized that I sat down and played for 10 hours straight the first time, I realize the game is onto something.

The game is better than expected. Worth my money!

Feels very half-hearted. I draw a clear comparison to the Car Mechanic simulator games, and simple racing/car games in general.
While DB: Truck Building Sim bring some cool and inovative features, like customizing the cab, bed, lift, and painting, and do them pretty well, the game is just isn't that good. It's really lacking in variety, interior, and there are no updates since December 2019.
They made a good attempt with multiplayer, but it's laggy, and not very well executed.

I can't recommend it.

I feel this is more of a CMS 2018 2.0
Very good gameplay, better optimized, som great new features, and one hell of a vehicle selection!

The only negative aspect of the entire game, is that it still feels the same as CMS 2018.
The step from CMS15 to CMS18 felt greater, and really moved the franchise out from the more arcade-indie-sim style, into the more realistic sim style. While CMS21 brings a qiute a few nice to haves, it just does not feel TO ME like a completely new game.

But I will play it, and I will enjoy it. It is really good! Can't wait for the DLC and mod support to arrive :D
