you have to do 300 damage to your teammates to get a ban, okay
someone does 140 damage to you in a round, it's 140/300, okay, but if they DYES (you can kill them yourself) in this round then this damage is doubled and becomes 280/300 (pure received damage is shown in the console after your death)
