Got it for $12, and it's pretty good. I wouldn't pay full price for it, though.

If you're looking for a full-blown space exploration game, play No Man's Sky.

If you're looking for a detailed, consequences-matter RPG, play Baldur's Gate 3.

If you're looking for a great blend of action and adventure with that Bethesda charm, then this game is for you.

I liked the game from the start, though I can't deny it had problems on release. 2.0 has gone beyond and fixed most of these things and provided and altogether great and revitalizing experience. I would recommend the full-priced game at this point.

Having played nearly 100 hrs in Early Access, I had a lot of grand expectations for the full release of Baldur's Gate 3. I must say, not only has every expectation been met, but I feel like many have also been exceeded. BG3 is a fantastically detailed game that evokes some of the most enjoyable gaming experiences I've ever had. This game wasn't just built well, it was built with love and care for quality in every facet. If you are considering any full priced release this year, this is the one that delivers!

Edit: So I finished the game, and my review stands. If I could give it an 11/10 I would. My only criticism lies in the level cap. Given the stakes that the end game deals with, I think level 15 / 16 would have been more appropriate. Otherwise, what a fantastic game!
