Room 404 is a indie horror game, made by a brazilian developer called 3DTM.


The graphics are good, i could run it with no framedrops with only 4GB RAM, so its well optimized for today gaming. Some effects are very ugly, like the fuses in the start of the game (its just a simple scrath GIF i think), but the illumination kills it, providing a really scary ambient.


In the horror games, mostly of they have a superficial story, Room 404 isn't a exception. Your son was murdered in room 404, and your wife gets crazy, so you return to the Room 404, to investigate the paranormal.


The soundtrack have some really harmonic piano song, and the effects are really impressive, combined both with the illuminatin, your spine will chill out!

There are some jumpscares in the game, but the focus was the psychological horror, making you remind of the Silent Hill franchise sometimes.


Room 404 is a fantastic horror game! Have good graphics, even being indie, and the soundtrack is beautiful with some scary effects. Its awful the game doesn't have some deep story, but im really satisfied with this.
