Even if you tried 5 diff pc's - they could all be toast - being regional/isp/dns related. VPN can also be issue depending where you appear from. Cell/hotspot also can also be 'from' the same company (like me for example I have verizon cell, and internet) - and it is still just replicating the connection/DNS usage unless I force change them. Unable to open the R* websites is an annoying problem, and usually means you can't play.

'rebooting' the router/modem sometimes is not enough. Sometimes, you may need to power it off 5 - 30 minutes. Some users find it easier to simply power it off overnight or at least a good 2-8 hours when they aren't using it. You should take note of your public ip before doing so - so you can be sure it changed afterwards. There are many reasons you can't open the R* website - you are trying to fix some of them - some, you simply CANNOT fix and must wait for the problem to be resolved elsewhere - like regional, ISP, dns, block/blacklists, etc. Fun stuff.

Então Manow... O q aconteceu.. vc terá q configurar lá nas configurações do steam... Lá tem a opção de ativar o gamepad. Depôs q eu ativei foi possível mapear os botões do controle... Ai funcionou de boa !!
