An expansive open world game made with obvious care and love. It's difficult, very difficult, but it is all about the potential of both you and your character. It respects you as a player and teaches you that you can accomplish great feats you never thought possible, both inside and outside of the game. Souls games are notorious for their difficulty (I once tried dark souls 3 and didn't get past the first boss) and for telling you to "get good" when you struggle, but the reputation leaves out the true message these games present: life is struggle, and you can do it.

controls are a little clunky and take some getting used to tbh, literally my only criticism

Such a fun superhero game, *perfectly* fufills several superhero power fantasies from web slinging to shooting fire from your hands to super strength and flight. You know that scene where superman punches his foe into the sky and hit them a couple more times, only to zip around in front of where they're flying towards only to smack them to the ground? You can do that, and it feels WAY cooler than you think.

It is still in early development and I am SUPER excited to be there every step of the way as this game grows and develops.

I recommended this to a friend in January 2020. He has since played over 4000 hours. You have been warned

This game is like a D&D campaign you dont need to write. This is a great game. needs a map though.

♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ ♥♥♥♥ BALLS the story is ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ killer overall and the absolute CLIFF HANGER they leave you on. I am SO SAD that this game didn't get enough support and thus will most likely never be completed. I just have to thank the devs for being able to put this great game together. This is a revolutionary game that should have changed the industry. I would gladly pay another 5-10 bucks for this game. Once again, I am legit sad that this game will most likely never see it's conclusion (AND ILL NEVER ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ GET TO LEVEL 10), but that does not impact my recommendation. This game is well worth the price.

I know this is a long review but bare with me. So. This game. If I had to describe it in one word, I'd use Amazing. I bought it today as it was on sale and what the hell, right? 1984 is one of my favorite books and this takes the concept and executes it uniquely. Highly recommend,

Pros:
- Story rich. The story was amazing - suspenseful and driving. The plot twists and turns, it kept me engaged enough for me to complete it in one sitting.
- Characters are loveable - I never feel attachments to characters in games or feel bad or good over their fate, this game proves there are exceptions to every rule.
- Graphics are unique and provide a change to next gen games.
- The interface, for the most part (will be addressed in cons as well), was beautiful and seemless.
- Investigation can be difficullt and provides a challenge that I throughly enjoyed.
- Gives you the feeling that your choices matter; it makes you stew over your choice, trying to predict the outcome and determine its desirability. Spoiler alert: your choices do matter! Make them wisely!
- Different ways the story can go, you have choice so you can do multiple playthroughs without getting bored. I'll start my second playthrough this weekend ;)

Cons:
- Limited character portrait customization and detailing.
- Direction can be vague at times, like, you dont know what you should do and get stuck only to figure it out after a while of blundering around.
- Interface can be confusing and takes time to get used to. I'm still not 100% with it.

All in all, I really enjoyed this game, I played it instead of doing homework, oops, but in all seriousness, the plot was great, the characters interesting, and the concept fascinating. It is well written and, well, I could just keep going but I'll end it with this last thought: 10/10 would incriminate myself again

Freedom to do what you please and once you complete it, you can do it again differently, mod the fu*k out of it, and use the console to make yourself a giant that sh*ts fire! 10/10 would step on Whiterun again.

10/10 would fall from the top of a tower and die again

10/10 would dominate world with death robot again

engaging, hours of fun.
