If you have VR, then I'm sure this will blow your mind, but as a non-VR game, it's mediocre. I'd say it's worth $10 at the most.

Early Access Review
Wow, can't believe I'm about to hit 20+ hours. Just one more turn and I'll stop, I swear!

I've really enjoyed what I've played so far. This is definitely still an Early Access game though. There are all sorts of features not implemented yet or aren't working very well. I only experienced one crash so far.

I don't know why so many people are giving 'no' recommendations, and are complaining about stuff not working. Like it says in the big blue box at the top, this is an early access game. I bought in early so I could get the previous MoO games. If you're unsure, wait for the full release. I plan to switch to MoO2 until the full release after I conquer the galaxy in my current game.

edit: typos

As a huge fan of all the Homeworld games, I'm seriously let down by Kharak. It's so bad that I'd refund the game if I still could. I doubt I'll ever play again after this last campaign mission. This was definitely not worth the $50 price point. At most, this is a $15-20 game.

It's short, it's small (small maps and so few units), the camera is too darn close, and the story doesn't add much to the Homeworld lore. It pretty much feels like a crappy Homeworld mod to me.

Final verdict: pass or wait for a steep discount. Really disappointing.

Hacknet is a nice blend of Uplink and the Hacker Evolution games. If you've played and liked either of those, you'll fit in nicely with Hacknet.

Excuse:
Didn't even finish the game. Played about 5 or so hours I think. I tried to come back to the game and finish, but my game saves disappeared. I've read it's some problem with uplay's stupid cloud save system.

My Review:
I'm not gonna bother replaying. It's same old same old. Nothing new except for the fancy plane that serves as your home base. If you've played one Splinter Cell you've played them all. Wait til this hits below 5-10 bucks.

Obligatory uPlay sucks complaint:
As always, uplay sucks and Ubisoft sucks for forcing their own DRM when Steam already serves that function.

Played 15 hours so far. No way to explain how addicting this game is. If you're a fan of truck sims, you'll love Spintires. Oh and it has multiplayer too.

I replayed recently and still didn't like it. I think there are better turn based 4X games out there. I was unimpressed in 2014, and two years later, I couldn't tell any difference.

Played for 95 minutes and then uninstalled. Pretty mediocre to crappy shooter/RPG. Stick with Borderlands.

I had to stop playing because of all the quick time events. If you're ok with QTE or like 'em, then this game is for you!
