- Outriders Loses 93% of Steam Players As Game Struggles With Severe Technical Issues & Stingy Rewards
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKprCR1l0us
i cant recomand it to any 1 only for 75% off for the story if u want.
In all seriousness, I did enjoy the Outriders campaign (twice) and ploughed through the bugs, which I am sure will be fixed (given time...) but the always ON required connection for solo playthrough and the invasive kernel level "protection" for what is a PvE/co-op type of game, was and still is off-putting big time.
This review was an honest opinion of my experiences and I thought I did Outriders justice by putting the time and effort to explore all aspects of the game, with different alts and builds and 100% it (well 99.7%). There was no intention or implication in dissuading anyone from buying or playing it besides the need to add my view to the pot.
Perhaps, when the bugs have been fixed, I'll return for more, the same way I promised myself I will do with Cyberpunk 2077... just in time for retirement.
