Been a big fan of the franchise since I first got my hands on MW2 dang near 30 years ago.
There are a lot of valid complaints that people have about this game (yes, the faces do look pretty weird), but I really enjoy it.
It's not Mercenaries - get that expectation out of your head now. Clans isn't a sandbox, and you're not a freelancer; you're relatively a low-ranking pilot belonging to an invading military organization. The narrative pans out accordingly.

I love the graphics. The maps feel more alive vs the procedural generation of Mercs. Been waiting for a game of this caliber to come out for a long time, and can't wait to see what the future has in store for the MW franchise.

Theres no explanation for the mechanics and they're expensive as heck to build with very little reward.

I dont know what all these positive reviews are about. No tutorial, you just fumble around and die a lot until you kinda figure it out. No fun, no gracias. So glad I put less than two hours into this heap.

Easy to learn, easy to master. I don't want to say the game is "simple," but its nice that you can get as much fun out of it without having to think very hard - great to play after a long day.
A little bit of a grind factor, but the game isn't made less enjoyable by it.
There's something like 16 unique classes to play - some are clearly better than others, but in order to really max your favorite out, you gotta eventually level all of them up, but its still pretty entertaining. No single match is ever the same.

A few people had long-winded positive reviews of this addon, but let me save you time and money:

This was fun until 15 minutes into the ♥♥♥♥♥ TUTORIAL when a glitch kept me from moving onto the next platform.
A three year old game, with a game-breaking glitch in the tutorial?

Here's a guy in front of you. Shoot him.
Here's a harder guy in front of you, but he gives you a better gun to shoot the other guys that you'll need to shoot next. Shoot them too. And then get the next gun.

It still doesnt make sense why you can teleport your whole dang body from orbit, but your bullets are stuck in a 1980's magazine.

An endless loop. Describes both Destiny 2, and me coming back to it. Because every few months, with every new update, or whatever, I'll think it might be worth re-installing. And every few months, I'm reminded of how this game is just an endless loop. Doesn't matter what you're shooting at - just hold the trigger down, preferably at the bad guys. A bad guy that takes two hours of bullets to kill.

Rinse, repreat, uninstall.

And then a new update, or whatever, comes out, and I re-install....

Gotta get the mods that fix the game, but after getting them, I enjoyed the f* hell out of this game. Really hope they make it a series, or at least a sequel.
