Update (2696 hours on record):
It's been... years... since I'm stuck here...
Ok to be honest hands down the best FREE game ever. The "pay to win" scrubs don't like grinding for 5 minutes longer than a single mission... it's all easily obtainable and a great game to play on and off. Don't be a biash, go play, find some long-time players and have a hell of a lot of fun.

Update (1385 hours on record):
Quick: It's amazing.
Long: Yes, the game is amazing, and it's a grind which is well worth it if you balance the time you play. Take breaks, bring in new friends and enjoy the completely free game (yes, no paywalls at all, paying can only speed up things).

After recently diving into the dumpster fire of a game called Destiny 2 (which is an insult to dumpster fires), I want to tell y'all a bit more about this gem.

After spending almost 1400 hours into this game, with it's mechanics and stuff, I feel like a professor when explaining things to new beginners. And it's true that new players do need people like that, which isn't a good thing. After the introduction you're left to figure stuff out yourself. But if you can beat through that (it isn't too hard if you take the time), you can pick up the story and from there it's a straight line towards the end of the story (which is ever expanding, as we speak).

All updates are free, there's no content paywall AT ALL! And with about 60k - 100k daily players it's safe to say that Warframe isn't going anywhere any time soon, except for the right way of adding more content.

If you want to know more or need a buddy to help you grind for some things. Send a message to SatyricAbyss. I'd be more than happy to help you out :)

Original (110 hours on record):
This is the first time that I'll ever say yes to a game like this. This game is a grind fest, but not too much (yet). I've spent over 100 hours playing with friends, exploring, following the story and levelling my gear. After the main story ended it really felt satisfying, in a way that I can truly look back and think to myself, I remember the first time I entered an Orokin spaceground, or the first time I actually legit had trouble with bosses.

I hear complaints about the grindfest part, and I can place them somewhat, but if you have friends and don't mind a little grind (not extensive) this is your game hands down. Yet if you're only doing it for the story, you may need to think twice before installing. Nonetheless, YES it is worth a try.
