Still a lot of work to be done. I'll gladly sink some hours in, but every game it's been compared to is better for now
Haven't encountered any bugs.
There seems to be some depth to many systems, but they are actually quite shallow.
Feels like a late early access, not a full release.

- The tech tree is badly integrated and pretty much uninteresting, urgently needs a rework

- Villagers are dots, you will never get attached to any of them, they don't have any proficiency or personality
- Immigration feels random
- "Direct" control of villagers and troops seems to be a work in progress, it's utterly basic for now
- Combat is anecdotic at best, annoying sometimes (no great battle with many troops, so you can guess small groups feel like a waste of time and resources)

- I thought that the building placement would be more organic, my mistake, it's actually a simple grid
- I'm not sure why, i feel like there are many building types but some not really meaningful or would benefit from more options/variants
- Logistics/inventory management/moving resources : you have no way of really managing it (needs more depth, more options and customization)
