I haven't played this since the newer updates, nor have I gotten close to the endgame content, but from my experience this is a fantastic MMO. The visuals are incredible, and I haven't found an MMO with close to the amount of detail in their environments yet. Community-wise, this is the kindest group of people, and I've never experienced anyone close to being toxic or abrasive towards others.

The questing can be a bit tedious, like any MMO, and in the early grind it can be a little slow, but once things pick up it gets interesting and easy to fall in love with. The lack of voice acting in cutscenes did bother me to some extent, though. However, the text is still written very well.

One thing worth mentioning though: dealing with SE with account-related issues is, at times, frustrating and annoying. It's definitely not built in the way most Western audiences are familiar with, and their website and account managing takes time getting used to. Additionally, it can be a pain managing multiple licenses if you play on different platforms. I've probably had to buy this game three times now just to be able to play it right.
