Has a really bad input delay, whether playing on controller or keyboard and mouse. Couldn't get used to it and ended up quitting the game 30 minutes in.

Love the customization, love that you can fight with your palico and palamute, and overall the combat system made easier than older games. Graphics are pretty and playing with friends is really fun. Sometimes I do crash after entering HUB quest, so recommend saving occasionally.

It is easily one of my favorite single-player games of all time.
The concept is so simple that I misunderstood it to be a boring game. However, this game proved to be so much better than my initial expectations, as I spent literally 20 hours in one sitting just grinding away. The graphics are so adorable, the UI is simple and easy-to-understand, and the gameplay is also very cute and easy. Building your town is incredibly fun, much more than I could ever imagine.

The only problem with this game is that the optimization is horrible, even with a gaming PC. Hours in and as your village starts growing, you start noticing considerable amounts of lag. The developers have since stopped working on this game, so players can only rely on mods to enhance their play.

Very easily a waste of money...
I spent real $$$ because I had a lot of hopes for a new MMORPG coming to America, especially one with Chinese fantasy themes. I am a sucker for these types of stories and honestly thought I would enjoy the game.

However, the game has a lot of localization problems that makes traversing through the story and the world very difficult and confusing. The amount of mechanics that are thrown at you is kind of overwhelming and it felt like there was a massive lack of explanation for new players. With the new concept they have that deviates away from a traditional "adventurer-themed" MMORPG, I feel like they should've put more effort making it easy for new players to start their journey.

With that said, the game has since become Free-to-Play, which I hope is a good testament of how the game is doing now.

Terraria was gifted to me by a friend who mentioned that I would like it, if I enjoyed Stardew Valley.
Honest review, they are two massively different games that just can't be compared. Or Terraria versus Minecraft, for that matter. Terarria's concept is entirely new to me, as it is a pixel game that can seem really cute and fairly easy at first glance, but there is way more (and I mean WAY MORE) content than I ever imagined it to have. Yes, the mechanics are simple, but very hard to master, making this game challenging and fun! Also, it offers a lot of difficulty settings as well as different modes to cater to every type of player.

Cute but short 2d game that focuses on just killing monsters.
The story is really adorable. Lack of text and more emphasis on just doing stuff.
Unexpectedly, I enjoyed it a lot more than I thought I would, as I bought it on my Switch as well.

Soccer but with cars... really the only way to put it.
It is a very casual game that I only played whenever I wanted to relax.
That said, the skill threshold is a bit high, as I for one am horrible at this game. (Could be just me)

Storytelling: ★★★★★
Avid enjoyer of MMORPG's, such as 2Moons, Kronus, FFXIV, and Tera. I will never not recommend this to anyone. Lost Ark's story is, by far, the best of all the MMORPG's I've ever played, surpassing even FFXIV's story that I could never really understand. Lost Ark's storytelling seems bland at first, but the more you go through the Main Story Quests, the more you have to make hard decisions that can tug at your heartstrings. I've only played the MSQ until lvl 50, and I've cried twice already. What more is there to say?

Controls: ★★★★☆
As Lost Ark employs an isometric 2.5d view, it is unlike most other MMORPG's in that you are unable to change your own viewpoint to better suit your needs. It is not a point-and-click skills type of game, so if you are used to that, there may be a lot of getting-used to be doing. It is more similar to MOBA games such as League and Legends as far as the controls go, but it did not take me even a day to get used to, so I suspect that new players will not have trouble as well. However, a big CON is that UI and some hotkeys are not customizable.

I play on max and I enjoy every minute of it. Whenever I am not in combat, doing dungeons, raids, and whatnot, I love to zoom in close to my character and stare at her while I talk to my guildmates. The aesthetics of this game is my favorite so far out of any other game I've played. The bloom effects seems balanced with all of the other details in this game.

I've waited for the NA release since the initial release in South Korea, and I am so happy that it has finally come. I've fully dedicated my whole life to this game and I have no idea how I will live without it. 10/10 would recommend to others, as I am recommending this to all my friends right now.
