FUN GAME WITH A TELEPORTATION MOD!! You need a teleport mod for QOL. I believe this game has mixed reviews due to the long travel times. Once you can save useless walks, the game is a blast. Very memorable story and world, I got immersed pretty quickly. Loved the characters and the way your team interacts with you, also the NPC were decently lively, I was finding many quests just from exploring and chatting with strangers.

I did not expect to recommend this game until I finished it. That was one of the most exciting end-game battles I have ever played. It was multiple hours long, which was hard at first, but it was worth it in the end. (I won't lie, I was able to run past the enemies for 50% of it lol) but I am a casual gamer. I don't like games with hard mechanics, yet this game ended up being the most exciting with the fighting and boss battles.

My #1 complaint with this game:
The base game design. Imagine a living room with 6 rooms connected to it. Now every room has an NPC you need to talk to. So you walk back and forth in these rooms repeatedly for most of the game gathering quests and conversations from them. I got a little burnt out from this basic quest design.

Also, the game is so LINEAR!! You are ALWAYS walking straight!! None of the cities are open world much at all. Everything is a straight line.

My #1 favorite part of the game:
The... boss battles? I NEVER play games for the fighting, but these boss battles were so memorable and fun. I really appreciate how well they captured large creatures, you really feel the scale of large things, like a monster foot crashing through the roof of the building you were in. Really neat cinematic details making the fights feel like a movie.

I wish the romance felt deeper, it only kicked up near the end but it felt too late by that point to go anywhere, felt very last minute for a game that I was told was popular for its characters and romance. Nowhere near the complexity of much older games like Fable.

Honestly, this game felt like a slog, a little overwhelming on side quests (nearly required side quests, which I hate. I just want the main lore when I play, and this game really makes it close to required to complete boring side quests, similar to modern Assasins Creed, trying to bloat the game.


If you like Hogwarts Legacy, Assassins Creed, or Final Fantasy XVI, you will enjoy this game. Just know the plot is like a saturday morning cartoon for most of it, it does get good near the end, but you need to enjoy 50 ish hours of silly monster of the week stuff for the story to finally hook you.

I absolutely love Manfred, the Griffons, and Emmrich. Some awesome characters I will remember much after completing the game.

Very fun game, even if you are not huge into Basketball, this game is still a blast. You create a character, play through a story, can explore an MMO world, buy different clothes, race go-karts, make choices that impact your player, lots of fun stuff, even if you arent huge about the NBA.

Update: The performormance is terrible, even on a 4090. This game is just not made for PC, if you have a console, just get it there. Not to mention the lack of cross-play makes the lobbies very hard to find and the game feels dead :(

As someone that loves Life is Strange, Telltale Games, is in the furry fandom, and likes indie music, you would think I hit the perfect target audience for this game. I want to say I loved this game... but for some reason, the biggest turn off for me is the exact same issue I had with Life is Strange: True Colors- an unnecessary DnD campaign that takes up over an hour of the game, completely unrelated to the story. The DnD campaign adds absolutely nothing to the games story, and is just straight up filler, and as someone that was intrigued by the plot and was curious about how it would end, having this huge side tangent was not enjoyable for me. I also did experience a few audio cuts throughout the game, but that was the only bug I experienced. I enjoyed the story and I thought the ending was pretty. Its a game finish that left me thinking about it for a few days after, and while those aren't for everyone, I really enjoyed it. I thought the characters were memorable, and its very slice of life, so once again something that is not made for everyone. I had very similar feelings about Night In The Woods, so if that is a game you enjoy then you will have a good time with Goodbye Volcano High. Just... Skip the DND session... unless you are huge into DnD (or LnL as they call it, ha) then I feel there is no benifit to that side story.


This is like the Serial Experiments Lain of gaming. You might hate it, you might love it, theirs a good chance you will have no idea what is going on, but it will leave you thinking about it for weeks to come.

As much as I loved town of salem 1, this game being PC exclusive and locked behind a paywall means every lobby is extremely competitive. In town of salem 1, I felt i could get on and make mistakes, and some funny moments would occur convincing the whole lobby against someone. In town of salem 2, there is a "meta" and if you claim something slightly off, or crack any jokes, you will be reported for game throwing. This game is way more intense then the previous game.

I still love the series and game but I wish every lobby was not just tryhards.

UPDATE: Bug is fixed! Game is tons of fun, I can'tr believe this went through the release of the game! Definetely would reccomend now that there has been a patch.

Game Breaking Glitch Currently in the game!!! I would love to reccomend this game but htere is a bug where if you play online co op and quit the game, when u rejoin the game will freeze on the next door or object you and your friend inspect and it will not let you continue or back out of that object!! I really am enjoying this so far but this needs to be fixed ASAP. I still reccomend but play it in one run if you play online co op or you cannot finish!
