So place more interchanges (that turn into dysfunctional spaghetti), try your first public transport (that doesn't go where citizens actually want to go) and finally, learn the ways of road hierarchy, not only applying it but applying it right, rebuilding the entire city into a branching pattern of freeways, avenues and streets, buses, metros and railways. And after that, the only thing that remains is to make it look good... which is where Workshop comes to assist you with thousands of amazing looking assets to place. It will take a while, but it's gonna be fun. And there's no other games like that.
