I once used to have a review here. A joke one, even. However that had to change. Valve has consistently shown it does not care - or, at least, not bother much - for TF2. This needs to change. A game that for over fifteen years defined many aspects of popular internet culture can not be allowed to die off in this rejected manner.

The game is infested by cheaters and bots, plaguing Casual mode and making it unplayable with aimbotting and auto-kicking. Relying on Community servers is not an option. Sadly, it seems that Valve is neglecting even its other games such as CS2.

While I may not have been present for the earliest stages of TF2, I still remember a time without all those bots, where Casual was playable. Unfortunately, that time is long gone.

Furthermore, TF2 used to get consistent, content-filled updates. Why must we be 'content' with only (note - community-made, so Valve doesn't even have to model anything) cosmetics and maps? Where are the interesting storylines (and comic #7), the new mechanics and weaponry, the TF2 humor that defined this game?

While I admit I'll continue to play, until Valve takes action and fixes the bot problem and VAC (perhaps with the introduction of Steam Trust like the CS:GO Overwatch system), I will not play on Casual mode - not that I played much considering the aforementioned bot problem - nor buy any keys. I recommend you, the reader, do the same. Join the protest too. Every head counts.

This, and every current negative review is an appeal to Valve to please, fix TF2.

Urgently, to Valve. Fix your game.
