Definitely a slow burner and not for everyone. You'll be walking a lot and with no set goal other than whatever you set your mind to. Once you do cross the initial threshold of the game and have all basic needs covered, surviving in this zombie apocalypse feels very rewarding.

I feel like having a taste for role-playing will likely make this game a more enjoyable experience (like even a stroll throught the woods feels cool to me). Also, I'd suggest playing with one or two friends as well checking out the mods. Those change the game completely and having additional options to the hardcore survival vanilla style is an absolute plus.
