Ghosts. Commie ghosts what don't know they're dead. Hoping to steal our rockets so they can fly up and paint the moon pink and draw a Lenin face on it.

I don't trust a man that doesn't have something strange going on about him, cause that means he's hiding it from you. If a man's wearing his pants on his head or says his words backwards from time to time, you know it's all laid out there for you. But if he's friendly to strangers and keeps his home spick-and-span, more often than not it means he's done something even his own ma couldn't forgive.

It makes me uncomfortable to talk about meanings and things. It's better not to know so much about what things mean. Because the meaning, it's a very personal thing, and the meaning for me is different than the meaning for somebody else.

Peach Cobbler
For the base:

2 cans of sliced peaches

100 grams soft brown sugar (1/2 cup)

100 grams butter (3/4ths stick + 1 tablespoon)

1 tablespoon cinnamon

1 teaspoon vanilla flavoring

For the topping:

250 grams self raising flour (2 cups + 1 tablespoon)

150 grams white sugar (3/4 cup)

3 eggs

a touch of cinnamon

200 grams softened butter (1 and 3/4 stick)

Place all of the ingredients for the peach base in a sauce pan and heat until the mixture begins to thicken. You can use fresh peaches or any other fruit you want, but if you do you will need to add a small amount of sugar syrup water. Canned fruit works great and is much quicker.

While the mixture is simmering mix the flour, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Add the eggs and butter. Mix until the mixture is a cross between soft and crumbly. The mixture should not be too wet.

Pour fruit mixture into a small oven safe dish and top with the crumble mixture. Place into a hot oven [350] for about 25 minutes or until the topping is a golden brown and the edges begin to bubble.

Remove and eat either hot or cold with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream.
