I mean, damn. This is one of those games that will truly stay with you long after you finish it.

The characters are so distinct and imperfect; it was easy to understand and empathise with them. I definitely loved some more than others, but it was always sad to see them go. Even the faceless little spirits that you meet in different parts of the map had so much personality.

I spent the last quarter of the game getting upgrades and as much of the collectibles as possible. When it was finally time to let the last couple of spirits go, the finale hit me a lot harder than I thought it would. Something about an overwhelming sense of grief, even though things ended the way they were supposed to.

You also see all the spirits again at the end, which did it for me. Especially when I saw Atul.

I wish I could play this game again for the first time.
