First off, it looks great, and kudos to thinking of adding a return. Most folk wouldn't.

You may see a decrease in performance from the system you tied into. As mentioned before, rooms like this aren't intended to be heated or cooled, and you're adding a not insignificant volume to the system that was quite possibly only sized for the finished upstairs (assuming you have 2 systems). When the time comes, consider upsizing the applicable system to accomodate, I'd reckon maybe half a ton larger should do. In the mean time, if it's struggling to maintain in the summer, you can always add a window unit to lighten the load and squeeze a little more life from the system.

I don’t think there is any denying that this guy has an absurd amount of game knowledge, is a very cerebral player and is (imo) very good at articulating how the game of CS is supposed to be played.
