i think this game is the only real competition to diablo 2 for the throne of best arpg.

I really just bought this because its blazblue but man, I sat down and started playing it and didn't stop for like 4 hours. This game has the "one more run" feeling of Hades but its a 2-d beat em up that kinda controls like the gunvolt games or like zero in the megaman x game series. Even in early access this game feels silky smooth, and for the most part the bosses are fair for as far as I've gotten. Its mostly a great game, but i do have a few gripes.

1) the translation could use some work.
2) descriptions of each skill you unlock are a bit confusing until you get the hang of it.
3) in my opinion it takes a bit too long to unlock new heroes, you start with one and quickly unlock a second of your choosing, then you have to play for a while before you get your third character.

other than that this game is a pleasant surprise and I will be playing more soon.

I love this game but i can't play it anymore because i am the devil👹

its basically impossible to unlock new mobile suits by just playing. match making is bad. but it does play well, just wish it wasn't free to play.

I enjoyed this game quite a bit, GOTY contender for me easily. to speak on it more word sort of ruin the fun.

this game in an amazing diablo clone, basically thing diablo set in ancient times (greece, egypt,babylon etc.) with skill trees you can select along the way. When you start the game you don't have a class, but you choose one on the first level up. when you put points into a class you are rewarded with access to new abilities and a pretty substantial stat boost. at around level 10 you get to choose a second class, so effectively every character is a multi class character. there are 10 classes now so that means a pretty decent variation between how you play and how you're friends play, you could each be mages, but likely without min/maxing and looking up the most effective builds you won't end up being the same kind of mage. All in all, fun game, the graphics aren't too dated. You can accidentally play this game for a whole day if you don't watch out. I find that this kind of game goes best with an audiobook and a nice cup of coffee on a sunday morning.

the base game and all expansions are on sale for 5 bucks right now, which is an incredible value for how much you get. if you're reading this review, and have 5 dollars to spare you should get this game, i struggle to think of how 5 dollars can be better spent.

its good, but there is some drm that slows everything down so just play it on console if you have the chance.

but otherwise A+

This game sucks man, sucks the joy out of every other game because it's just not as good. It took me 4 or so tries to get into this, but when I did. Jesus. Everything good people say about the game is true. Beautifully written, best side quests I've ever experienced in any open world game. The combat could be better, but literally everything else about this game, the characters, polish, the story, the map, crafting, etc. are all good and complex without being overbearing. if this game were a dog, it would put it. because it's a good boy.

♥♥♥♥ dude, this game is good. the story is riveting, the graphics vibrant. the systems deep and interesting. No interaction is lazily done all the way to the end. all bosses can be beaten in dozens of different ways. I've played through this 100+ hour game and want to play it again and again. 11/10 inject this into my veins.
