♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, what a good game. This isn't just "FTL but a different skin", it's the next gen of FTL. There's wildly more content, some QOL, and some new features. It absolutely drips with atmosphere. While it does wear the skin of FTL, it does it damn well and in its own unique way. This is absolutely worth it. If you liked FTL, you'll love this.

This game really scratches an itch for me I didn't know needed scratching. It's genuinely a unique gaming experience and a fun time even 40 hours in.

Honestly, this is the first jackbox that doesn't have at least one bad game. They're all good. To different degrees. The trivia game isn't very strong but it's the first jackbox game with cooperative trivia which makes it novel. The Hear Say one is divisive, people either love it or hate it. The rest are very good games. Cookie Hause has a very unique vibe, Doominate is a secret smash hit, and Suspectives gives an excuse to yell at your friends and accuse them of ♥♥♥♥ - but you need to play with a friend group who knows each other.

This is such a silly and simple looking game. It's very cute and easy to understand. It also grabbed me by the balls like a pitbull to an infant's neck and made SURE that I not only beat the entire game which takes like 100 hours, but kept playing past it because it's just that fun.

I genuinely believe that this is one of the best games ever made. Fatshark LOVES to release games that are unfinished and with extremely little content, but then spend 6 years developing it until it's a masterpiece with 3 games worth of content.

It's genuinely incredible how much content there is here. Any other studio would have split this into 5 different games. Instead, Fatshark kept it all in one for the low price of $30 (with frequent sales bringing it way lower even). The combat is fun, it's a very immersive game, the coop is awesome, the difficulty is well balanced, and it's STILL to this day getting regular huge content updates.

I have 300 hours at time of review. I still have so much left to do in this game. I've still got three campaigns, two gamemodes, a few classes, and a ton of secrets left to do. It's mind bending how much content there is for ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ $30.

Been with this game since Alpha 7 in 2014. I have at least another 1000 hours off steam, probably more. I can't recommend this game enough, it's perfect for people who like games like Dwarf Fortress.

A damn good game for people who like goofy satire and horror, this game blends the two really nicely. Has some early access quirks, but is well worth the $10. I'm excited to see where this game goes

First good amnesia game in a long while. I don't know if it's as good as Descent, but it's damn close if not. A unique take on horror, plays somewhat like a metroidvania. It doesn't overstay its welcome, I played on the hardest difficulty and beat it in 9 hours. Genuinely a terrifying game, yet weirdly fun and rewarding. The things it does to gaslight the player are very funny, too.

Disregard the negative reviews, this is an amazing game. It had a rocky launch but, that's Fatshark for you. The game was maybe overadvertised and attracted the wrong audience for this kind of game. If you adore L4D2 or Vermintide 1 & 2, this game is incredible. Gotta have a beefy computer to run it, but it's absolutely top tier. Best 40k entry thus far

Most negative reviews are either about performance, issues that happened at launch, or issues already fixed. If you're on the fence, understand why this got hate reviewed and that it's incredible now.

I'm going to give you an incredibly honest review here.

You will get 10 hours of content out of this game. People who really like it might get more with the free expansion, but no more than 20. If you're ok with spending $20 for 10 hours of *really good content*, then pick this up. If not, wait for a sale.

It's an incredible game, though it feels like it has potential for more. I'm not complaining, I loved it, and the fact that there's already an expansion makes me hopeful that this game gets expanded on more. As is, it's well worth it imo, however, and you should absolutely pick it up especially if it's on sale
