I have not found many games that get me into an 8+ hour long flow state quite like Dorkromantik. Great music, delightful visuals, and unlockable skins for the tiles in the game which are behind straightforward (if a little daunting) goals.
A haiku to sum up Dorfromantik:

Spinning hexagons
Match the sides with careful thought
Unlock skins and themes

Destiny 2 is a pretty good game all around, but an even better game if you can find a good clan (guild) to play with! While there's a lot of old content no longer with us (ripperoni Leviathan raid </3), new content is added at a *fairly* reasonable rate, and there's almost always something to do. Plus, if you're a pack-rat like me, TONS of collectibles: Ghosts, Sparrows, Ships, gun and armor ornaments, and titles galore.

The Mad Max franchise has been one of my absolute favorite works of cinema for several years, now, ever since I discovered that I, as an adult, can utilize my income and purchase whatever my heart desires within the limitations of said income. I bought the High Octane collection from my local Blue-and-Yellow-Tech-Store and immediately proceeded to fall in love with the post-apocalyptic world. Who wouldn't love kamacrazy Warboys and the Thunderdome?!
One would find it difficult to fathom the sheer exhilaration I experienced upon discovering that the franchise had been poured, liquid-chrome, into a video game mold. This game does a fantastic job of giving unique insights into the world of Max Rockatansky, from history relics with their realistic, frantic messages from the rapidly-dying literate population; to the bleakly-beautiful rendered wastelands; and the caricatures of humanity that managed to survive the onset of this cataclysm who paint a jagged and wondrous visage of oil and blood.
If you, too, enjoy driving a custom souped-up rust bucket through desolate deserts, launching exploding spears at your enemies, and giving your water to thirsty idiots who didn't plan before they packed for their nomadic voyage into No-Man's-Land, you should absolutely add "Mad Max" to your library, and ride eternal, shiny and chrome, on the Roads to Valhalla!

Took me years to pick up Skyrim, but BOI HOWDY am I glad I finally did. So far I've played 101 hours Vanilla™ and have yet to beat the main story line. Or really even attempt to progress the main story line. Who's Parthanax? I don't know. But I do know where every mine is in the game I tell you hwat.

It's Skyrim: why the heck are you looking at reviews by this point?!

Where to begin, where to begin... If only I had a guide for where to begin to describe this game.
I watched my friend play this game the other day, and saw him sit, riveted to his seat, as he stared blankly at this oh so simple game. As he pulled off his headphones, he simply shook his head and told me to get the game.
After it finished downloading, I sat down and began. It started out as a simple game, with Davey yet again weaving his subtle gaming magic into the dialogue.
Little could I have known how deeply into my very soul these threads were being woven.
The game took but a mere 84 minutes to complete, looking at all the content held within.
But the game took a toll on my poor, suceptible heart. As I followed in my friend's path, and removed my headphones, I sat, weeping, in my chair. The Beginner's Guide brought into questioning every friendship, relationship, and familiial tie I have ever known, and shattered me to my core.
On the simple topic of mechanics, it is a simple puzzle game, and by simple I mean it in the most literal sense of the word. You're truly playing this game for the experience, similar to playing the Stanley parable.
Davey remains one of my favorite game designers, ever since his beautiful work on the Stanley Parable, and this game just goes to show that it's the simple things in life that hit us the hardest.

P.S. Davey, I would like an apology for making me cry for a solid ten-twenty minutes.

This was a fantastic puzzle game! I can honestly say that well over half of the puzzles were so infuriatingly complex that I derived hours of enjoyment out of this game.
If you like puzzle games, I recommend you get Hooked ;D

I can't remember if I've already written a review for this game. But I feel this is a game worth reitterating how amazing it is.
Awesomenauts is a game filled with wonder, broken characters, and fast-paced, teeth-clenching, blood-racing, heart-poundingly terrifying team matches. You will be on the edge of your seat every second of the game.
Be wary, however, as the game will match you up with ANYONE in your rank. That means people who are at the max Prestige level to the lowest tear of newbies will be there. Anything is possible, and you will get matches with both gods and cowards, fools and valliant knights.
So prepare yourself for what I consider the best MOBA on the market: grab your Bumblegnaw and Loninator skins, grab the Piggy Bank, and fall in your escape pod on down to a chaotic morass of death, victory, and fun!!

PS Be careful about getting Piggy Bank please xD
PPS That whole thing about being matched up against high level people? Yeah, that's going to happen every game. Like, without fail. Unless you are high level xD

Doesn't compare to WoW, but man does it make me happy. I love the D&D MMO so much. It actually feels more like roleplay than any of the other MMOs, especially WoW, which is a definite plus
