I still need to get a few more endings but this game is absolutely worth your time. The world just feels so finely crafted that it just sucks you in.

Played for a bit with a few friends and had a blast! I would love to see this get more fleshed out. There were a few qualms I had though. I wish the day/night cycle wasn't so rapid. The game becomes much more tense when the map is dark. The day time can be fun, but the constant switching kinda kills some of the tension. I also wish the base movement speed was a little bit faster. All in all, y'all knocked it out of the park with this one and I can't wait to see what you do next!

Endwalker's content is fantastic. The music is sublime, The new maps are gorgeous, and while I did have some minor qualms with parts of the story, it kept me on my toes to the very end and ended with a beautiful bang. The game's developers did more than I could ask for in terms of content for this expansion and should be proud of the game they made.

So why am I not recommending this game? The queue time. I've had to wait for 2-4 hours on multiple occasions to even get into the game. The game has been out for essentially two weeks now (people who pre-ordered got to play a week early), and the queue times have only worsened since launch. Things have gotten so bad that the devs have stated that they plan to limit free trial players to late night and early morning logins only, along with plans to halt sales of the starter and complete edition temporarily. Time will tell if these changes will ease the congestion issues, and as stated above, I genuinely do think the content delivered in Endwalker is some of the best the game has seen, but I cannot in good faith recommend this game as it currently stands. When the congestion issues are cleared up, I'll change my review to recommended.

MHW is a very good game for people who like to grind a lot in their games and people who like bosses like dark eater midir from dark souls 3. The combat feels great and the maps not only look beautiful, but also feel like a living ecosystem. I would highly recommend picking this game up.

Dark Souls 3 is one of my go to games whenever I need to play a game to relax. We often hear that the souls/borne franchise is an extremely hard set of games, and often times, that alienates people from even attempting them. However I'd argue that if played with the right mindset, Souls/Borne and Dark Souls 3 can be one of the most relaxing experiences possible in gaming. If you are able to accept the fact that you are going to die eventually and learn not to dwell on it for too long, the game becomes much more enjoyable. I'd reccomend playing it in short intervals(30 minutes to an hour) and just explore around the world and find a playstyle that interests you.There's no rush to beat the game, and if you do, there are a million more ways you can try to beat it after that.

10/10 would sacrifice my mother to the RNG gods again.
