At current state there are some balance issues with the naval combat (Pact is obviously superior), but it is overall a well made game and a definite improvement over Airland, as Airland was to European Escalation. 8.5/10 at the moment, this game still is not finished.

Yeah, Pact is OP af. But I'm down for it, it's def a step up from Airland. I can't wait for the devs to finish the game!
