The best monster hunter game so far. In contrast to Monster Hunter World and Wilds, this games puts you in the combat in seconds that is more fast-paced thanks to wirebugs. It is just pure action and joy.

I usually find backpack games boring and complicated. This game, however, is very easy to get into and contains enough build depth to keep me playing. The only essential feature that is missing I believe is to be able to see the cosmion fusions on the fly. Opening the codex every time I want to check the possible fusion paths is not an intuitive design choice. Megaloot has solved this issue by having highlighted keywords that can be mouse hovered to open a pop up panel which has all the necessary info. I believe that the same design can be applied here as well.

I also couldn't find any explanation on how links exactly work. E.g., do all the links need to be active for the Link effect to work? or is it suffice to have only one link active? Does the effect stack if more than one link is active? Etc.

The game is pretty, however the puzzles are too easy and short. You can finish the whole game under 8 hours.

Railbound is a great puzzle game. I really enjoyed my playthrough till the end. However, I wish the new mechanics introduced with each chapter was a bit more different and exciting.
