Absolute peak story. Great ending that really got to me. Been playing all the FF games in order for the first time and it's crazy how good Square got at this by the 9th entry.

This is a love letter to classic Final Fantasy in every way. The art is fantastic, the music is incredible, the characters are great, setpeices are amazing for a PS1 game.

I think I prefer the overall look of FF8 more but I got used to the chibi style models pretty quickly.

Classic turn based gameplay. Wish it was more challenging but the main superboss was fun to figure out.

Highly recommend for any fans of rpgs and especially if you have any history with the classic FF entries.

Also Vivi is the best.
