USA has decent armor and decent guns but you will get destroyed by everything else
china will obliterate you, regardless of race or origin

developers can't make up their mind, they change something that the community is happy with, the community doesn't like it, it takes them a few weeks to change it back. if the community isn't happy with something, they MIGHT change it. the devs can't balance at all, movespeed has been meta for over a year now, PDR Fighters have been meta for a few months, and they can get over 300 movespeed in full plate.
