2K pumped the breaks on the modding scene, after the latest patch. The modding community have kept 2K19 lasting a very long time, and that was when Yuke's was still handling it. Now, with 2K in full control, they're pumping the breaks on modding their games to a full stop. Heck, you even mention the word "mod" in 2K's forums, you get a warning...so that was a clear-cut sign of what 2K is doing.

I love to mod games to my custom needs, and 2K needs to acknowledge that. Many of the mods I downloaded were free and doesn't effect online in any form. It was proven in 2K19.

I hope that 2K would find it in their hearts to reconsider and reinstate modding, with full-support.
