A strange and beautiful glimpse of an internet that never was

The gameplay seems simple at first. All you do is move while your character attacks automatically. However, there is a LOT of depth hidden in everything else. Characters to unlock, hidden weapons to find, new levels to fight in, knowing which enemies to fight first... It's a game that definitely has a lot of thought and effort put into it. If you love SHMUPS and Roguelikes, this is a very good one!

Good mix of city-building and deck-building, with a bit of charm and humor

A very neat combination of turn-based tower defense, dicerolling and city-building. It's fairly short but there's a lot of variety in every playthrough since the resources you get are determined by dicerolls. Since there's no way to really know what resources you're gonna get in the next turn, your success heavily depends on how well you can improvise with what you got. Overall my only real complaint is that I wish there were more buildings and enemies, but it's still a fun game.

Short but sweet, this game somehow turns a mundane job into a tense thriller

Recruiting troops, training them, joining them in battle and giving orders in the middle of combat, it all feels so good.

Cruelty Squad is like an upside-down house made of tumors that also has secret rooms with delicious treats inside. It is uncomfortable to be in but rewards exploration and curiosity.

If you're in the mood for some fast, Battlefield-style action with a nice chaotic feel, but none of your friends are online? Ravenfield is close to that vibe. Had a lot of fun battles, and definitely going back in for more.

This game's got so much charm, from the fun characters, the great hand-drawn animation and the puzzles that don't feel like an alien designed them. If you love point-and-click adventure games, buy this. If you also love dinosaurs, DEFINITELY BUY THIS. It has a dino encyclopedia!
