The developers, especially Arrowhead CEO Johan Pilestedt, have consistently proven to be pro-consumer. There's no pay-to-win mechanics, no aggressive microtransactions, and no pay-to-play content. Everything is accessible through gameplay alone.

As long as Sony doesn't make any more questionable decisions, this game is definitely worth the money. If your budget allows, don't wait for a discount.
