Well, I didn't realize that the summer adventure trading cards expire. I only needed 1 more card to craft the badge :( Catch-22 that you have to be level 8 to get the cards from voting, but its neigh impossible to do without either a) spending a ton of cash or b) waiting 10 years to get the xp from the yearly boost. Looks like I'm going to have to give up on my completionist tendencies in this case.
