A must-play for platforming metroidvania and puzzle game fans.

Immaculate vibes. Puzzles that never end. Great replay value. Almost everything is communicated without using written language.

A very far cry from the gem that was Athanasy. This is a very short game. Based on just one to three choices, it branches into four different endings. (There are other dialog choices, but they don't cause branching, and often not even different responses.) Besides the protagonist, there is a total of 5 characters.

The story is creative, but told by an amateur - or very rushed - writer. The creativity on display is reminiscent of Athanasy, but the storytelling is in an entirely different league. It feels more like an outline than a complete work, most of the gaps filled in with stream-of-consciousness style thoughts from the protagonist.

The beginning was relaxed and atmospheric.
The middle was intriguing and mysterious.
The end had me breaking down in tears.

The epitome of a coxy, casual, relaxing and creepy game, with a lovecraftian backdrop. Not terribly long, unless you want to fill out your fishing journal.

TL;DR: It's not bad, but it's quite shallow, and doesn't last long.

This game is two games; a roguelike and a colony builder. Each one on its own would not be deep or interesting enough to keep you playing it, but there's a trick: they both feed into each other in a way that you only play each one for a few minutes before being gently pushed to switch to the other. It results in a pretty high pace, which I did not appreciate in itself, but which keeps you interested and engaged (and addicted even) for a while. It doesn't last, though: I was running out of fun before I had even finished the roguelike part of the game. Still, there's quite a few hours of fun in there, and the visuals are of course very cool.

Really addictive, "just one more round" type of strategy game in a super convenient format. You can complete a run in an hour if you're fast. The music is perfect for a relaxing puzzle/strategy game.

"Our company has collected over a billion bytes of user data."

Writing like this, in the first minute of a game literally about computer hacking does not inspire confidence. The writing did not get better before I got frustrated and refunded.

Very lovely, funny, wholesome exploration game that brings to mind A Short Hike.

TL;DR: Definitely get and read this as soon as you can. If you read in Engligh, you will have to tolerate some mild but quite pervasive language problems, (as of July 10 language update) but it's still more than worth it!

This is a real diamond in the rough. Please get this into the hands of any Cronenberg immediately. The world-building and plot is worthy of a 6 to 8 part mini series, at least.

The world-building and lore is amazing. The branching structure of the narrative is top-notch. The language, despite some translation problems, is poetic, evocative and philosophical. The art is not the game's strongest suit, but it certainly works more than well enough, and has high points, especially in the first half.
