[ Would've been worth the money, nice game that I'll play more, visual style wasn't for me, lot's to explore, different options for different kind of players]

I think I got this game from a friend >.< I''m not sure tho but it makes me nervous ok so I put it that I received it free.. ok *cough cough* let's begin the review.
I REALLY disliked how the game looks, the style just isn't for me, but ok I tried to give it a chance. It wasn't that easy but I got used to it and some animals were cute and I learned to appreciate it (it's the personality that matters more xD).

Gameplay was fun. I enjoy base building and to make food - which is what I've mostly been doing. The beginning struggles were real tho, so I'd recommend for the ultra noobs to start with super easy mode. The wiki for DST is also good imo, lot's of information online, but also spoilers.. Your growling stomach might not give you a chance to explore in peace and quiet - so I don't think little bit of googling is bad if it makes you frustrated.

You are able to change the clothes of your characters and some customizing of the equipment, items in the world is possible too and you receive them free every now and then which is very nice.
And the steamworkshop gives you more things to work with, addons to make the game more the way you want it. With minimap and so.

I like the music and art, it was pretty and calming. Voice acting was nice. But... it was lacking.. the story was short and very straightforward. AND most importantly the steam achievements don't work. (maybe after fiddling with stuff u can make them work but it's too expensive game for it to be so short and broken.) I probably got this game from some giveaway but it still annoys me >:l

A good game! :3 It is nice to play with someone, the atmosphere is soothing. I often have dreams where I dive deeper into the water and it feels magical. This game gives a taste of it.
Something bad to say? Leaving your boat near an island felt a bit clunky and I'm not sure if there was that many options to build the boat the way you want it to look like. (yes me bad English) At the first glance there didn't seem to be, but I haven't played Raft super much yet, maybe later in the game I'll find more stuff :p

Either way, it is very nice game and I'll definitely play it more at some point :D

Pretty good game! Lots of fun and exploring, I really like the looks.. tho i wish their posture would be a bit better. It does look a little silly how the characters look like they've played computer games their whole life without ever straightening their backs.
Overall good game with beautiful world and exciting adventures! and still evolving..
