Let's start with the spawn of the mobs: the generation of mobs is insane. Most of the times on helldive you will face 3-4 bug bridges active at once from one yelling bug bug.
It is quite typical to see 10 chargers appear on your screen out of nowhere at the same time and they will play football with you. You in this case perform the role of the ball.

For some purpose, the number of stalker lairs can now be four units. Moreover, now from each of them can run 7 stalkers at the same time in a chain in your direction. This is unplayable a little more than completely.
We had a mission where we were trapped between 4 of them, it's unplayable at all.

The most dangerous bug is the mini-hunter. They just rape you no matter what type of armor you play in. They will catch up to you, jump in and just eat you.

The titan spawn is broken completely. Defense missions with 13 simultaneously spawning titans is the normal. No one is really care about how you will kill them, it's your problem.

80% of weapons are nerfed to ♥♥♥♥, they're just not usable.
Of the 50+ stratagems really usable about 10-15 of them. The rest is just junk.
Grenades: you need a contact grenade, the rest can be skipped. Same with pistols.

Evacuation ship: broken, bugged half the time. Players fall out of it, they are killed in it by stratagems, people are stuck in the doors, not synchronized position of the ship for all players, not synchronized arrival of the ship, the ship model falls under the textures.

Mission on evacuation of people: on difficulty level 9 it's not a mission, it's just a circus. There is nothing but an exploit to complete the mission. The people have no armor, no safe route, and they are just getting blown away by any damage coming into their model.

Mines: a completely useless things. You can only take them for one purpose: visual effects of explosions or killing your teammates. They are useless against bugs and robots. Charger and titan will just run through them like an avenue.

Sample Limit: Why do I see samples on the map if 99% of the game time I can't collect them, I need them because I have a constant limit of them. Why can't we remove the sample limits for people who play a lot. They will still be able to collect the amount they need. The same with medals and artificial limiter. I buy all the content of a new warbond from scratch in 2 evenings. What would change radically if I bought it all at once? - Nothing.

Ship Upgrades:
You've got us farming thousands of samples. We did and bought all the upgrades. But as life has shown they don't really affect anything. 500kg bomb did not kill titan from a direct hit before and does not kill it now in 50% of situations. Same with 380mm upgrades and so on.
Add survivability to turrets? - not added, chargers are already running madly in the direction of autocannon, which has not even turned in their direction after the deployment.
Why turrets turn so badly with all their upgrades? - no one knows. No one knows why the damage of the missile turret is so low.

Armor: all sets are equally ♥♥♥♥♥♥.
It doesn't matter what you choose as armor except for a 50% chance to survive set. Everything else has no effect on your game. Mobs know where you are, they can see and hear you even through textures. Everything else affects only the stamina regen and its consumption. It's just a set of colored textures with useless numbers in the stat lines. Choose what you like in terms of color and appearance and use it 24/7.
We pass robots 9 in fully light sets with no armor, no shields, no other protection. You just run away from trouble and run around the map looking for objectives....

A game with random players:
It is not possible to filter players by level.
Being level 100+ you launch a helldive mission and the game gives you a bunch of careless level 7 dummies.
They have no experience, no idea what they're doing here, no chance to survive and make any impact in the mission.

Chat:
Is only available at some unknown time intervals. That means it is impossible to talk to random players in chat while you are loading into the mission. The same when returning to the ship.

Splash screens:
Imagine you have a 2Tb NVME SSD - samsung 990pro and you can't skip any loaders and screensavers and wait 2 to 4 minutes each time to load. And at the same time you are also a host in a session and waiting for someone else's potato pc to boot to hdd.

Armor and Weapon Sets:
It's so hard to make people tab favorites ( 10 pieces) so they can quickly switch between the sets they need for different missions. You have 3 different missions on the robots planet and for each one you'll click a new set of everything every time.

You've been waiting for 5 minutes for people to join your party, a normal party seems to have gathered at last and you go on a mission. People are randomly kicked from the mission, they crashed out to the desktop and then the lobby closes for all other players.
The game writes that you are 4/4 and you can not throw the SOS beacon. That is, even if the player went to the tab recent players, he can not connect to you in the mission through the planet, because it is written that you are 4/4 with an incomplete party on the planet.

As a player you are waiting for bugfix, but no bugfix is coming. The are releasing more new content without any balance in weapons and mission. It's just a total madness. Game needs to be fixed and tested or it will become just a new Diablo 4 with 0 players in couple of months.
