There is a ton of mods to the game to make it more personalized the way you want. The devs have been very friendly in that aspect. If you get bored of your experience, there is most likely a mod that will add back flavor to the game.
I can't believe I have put over 300 hours onto this game. It is my go-to backup game when I don't have anything new to play. Odd's are you can find a mod to make it interesting and start all over again. Right now I am running a tavern essentially for all the other nations. Which works well until enemies come at the same time. Luckily there are pianos everywhere for the western theme music when the fights begin again. ^_^
