When you said "drift tuning.png" you mean "drift_tuning.png", right ? The underscore is very important. Also check that the folder is named "liveries", not "livery" or anything else. It isn't case-sensitive, but the name should be right.
To my knowledge, "upload_config" has nothing to do with the liveries, I think it is just a configuration file for the workshop.
...you downloaded the mod from the workshop, right ?

Hi French, yes i can put a livery on any other car. I don't know why it happend, besides the images in the liveries folder are drift.png, drift tuning.png, furious.png, furious_tuning.png, should I change something here? Or there is something that i miss on upload_config file? Thankyou French...

Hi Pohan, it's strange. I have the mod in my folders and the liveries are in the files, don't know why it doesn't work. It should.
Can you put a livery on any other car of is it a problem you're facing with every cars ?
