DirectX 11 Crashes EXTREMELY often, it seems to have been an issue for at least 4 years from what i've seen trying to look for solutions.

You need a VPN to download the game without errors
If you have DLC you need to disable VPN to redeem it and re-enable it for the download.

If you want to play with your friend who's on a popular server, you can either wait until 5-6 AM to make a character OR you can make a character on another server, then pay $18 to join that server.

I have over 13 hours "in game" on steam and I've only played about 30 minutes of the actual game, the rest of the time has been spent jumping through hoops.
Since I've made my character I can barely play it due to the constant DirectX 11 crashes.
I want to play this game but it's actively stopping me in every way possible, it's ♥♥♥♥♥♥

UPDATE: After trying to reinstall the game to fix the DX11 crashes Square Enix seems to think that my account has been breached because I've been forced to use a VPN for the download to not fail. Now I have to reset my password which doesn't seem bad, but they make you select out of 4 security questions which one you answered and I've tried them all and can't seem to remember what I choose, so now I've got to jump through more hoops to reinstall the game by contacting support to get this fixed, such a [ ]ed system, I'm seriously at my wits end and I can't even refund this because of their TOS.

I've never played a fighting game before and this one is fun. $$$ though.

Kind of a cool game for a few hours, after that the arcade style of drifting gets old unless you wanna jump on after work with a controller or something, would not recommend playing with a wheel, there are many better options; I'd honestly refund it if I could.
