alrighty let's jump straight into it I feel like I've played enough of the game to understand how it's going to go to write a review of the game. Before we start I do recommend you play on controller it just makes swinging around and all the movement all smoother. Now on to the meat the combat is smooth and beautifully done it chains the animations real well even if you're just smashing the buttons together to make something happen. Next is all the activities I found them all to be well paced and not to long or short and not tedious. Next is the story considering how I only have 6~ hours in the game as of writing this its really good, but you can see all the pieces fall into place it find rather good tho. The next thing I got to talk about is the movement like swinging around and climbing everything it's just as smooth and buttery as you would think it is if you're playing on controller. I found it kind of difficult to swing around with mouse and keyboard, but thats not to say you can't if you give it enough practice I just didn't want to so I slapped in my controller. Next is the world around you it feels lived in and not hollow if you want to never talk to some people you don't have to or if you want to walk the streets and give people high fives you can. Now onto what I didn't like such ass the parts where you aren't spider-man not peter parker, but spider-man. It felt almost unnecessary to have those parts in the game well expect when you're peter I understand why you had to be peter some parts, but that doesn't mean I like the. No playing as mary I hated every part you played as her it felt just tacked on and unnecessary plus I never really like her as a character show, movie, comic book, or game. I just never liked her I was always more of a Black Cat man myself. So overall I give it 7.5/10 it's a solid game that is really good most of the time is just the parts you aren't spider-man really stick out to the point where I would close the game then come back to play it once I forced my self to play though the parts. And if you're wondering no game to me is a 10/10 just because to me it's impossible for a game to reach that score 9s are reserved for masterpieces and 8s are like probably the best game I played that year. Next youre going to ask whats average then 5 is average nothing special, but nothing terrible. So overall 7.5/10
