Best way to play the original 3 Tomb Raider games, with the extra PC-exclusive levels to boot! I loved the original games and this remaster, just for the added value of being playable without any effort in modern PCs, was an easy buy.

The remastered graphics are what I expected, an upscale in most areas and some new custom-made models. Nothing too spectacular, but enjoyable nonetheless. The engine was ported extremely well and everything that you could do in the originals, you can do it here too. The seamless change between new and old graphics is something that is always fun to play with. I only played with the old controls since I'm used to those, so I have no opinion on the modern controls version.

My only gripe with this game is that certain sound effects were lowered in volume, which did affect my enjoyability, most noticeable in Tomb Raider 3. That can be easily solved with a sound mod, but I expected the sound design to be as close to the original as possible without mods.

Overall, at its release price, it is well worth it. At a discount, is should be a no-brainer, especially for anyone who's a fan of the original games.

Interesting time portal mechanic that allows for new ways of thinking about portal puzzles. Everything in the present reverberates in the future, a portal placed is going to appear in the same place, a box put in a spot will be there. But the same doesn't happen in the future, allowing you to effectively use five different portals and two boxes between both dimensions.

I'm pretty sure I didn't do things the exact intended way, and even if I did, sometimes boxes would fly off in weird angles instead of going the predictable path. Some resets are enough to make it work, but it still was a bit frustrating. I noticed some other bugs that didn't impact the game too much, like sometimes the portals not alligning correctly or not being placeable on surfaces that they should be on the first couple of tries. Also, the lack of the goo puzzles was noticeable.

Albeit some frustrations, the enjoyment I got from this mod was fantastic. There will always be the satisfaction of completing a puzzle, and I got that in most of the puzzles the mod presents. Thanks to the developer for putting this out and for the work involved. I wouldn't be surprised if Valve actually contacted him for a freelance developer opportunity.

In short, this mod is a welcome addition to the Portal experience, and I would recommend anyone interested to try it out.

Great game, easily the best in its category.
Too bad it's plagued with optimization nightmares, constant disconnection problems, and other nuisances that hurt the enjoyment of the game. The SSD recommendation isn't a joke.

Still, if your hardware is up for it and you yearn for a good dungeon crawler, this game is the one for you.

I feel like this is more of a way to monitor how RE players go through the game. This "1-shot" demo isn't how I wanted to experience it.

The game, it is quite good, good atmosphere, good character interactions, from what I was able to see, good ambience soundtrack and decent fighting. I say decent because a handgun can take anywhere between 1 to 8 shots to finally kill a zombie. This is considering always headshots and no bullets missed. I'm not sure what difficulty the demo was set at, but I'm assuming normal, since besides damage resistance the zombies were too slow to be a threat. There was a moment where I got bit because I rushed into one and, after Leon got free and threw him into the ground, I shot a single bullet to the back of his head and it was an instant kill. Meanwhile in another situation, I wasted around 8 bullets on the head of a resilient bastard that didn't want to die, even after falling he kept struggling to get up. Since that first one was a shot to the back of the head and not the front, I'm not sure if it made a difference or if it was just inconsistency.

That's where the demo comes in. It's too short to test out zombie interactions. I wasn't able to get a feel of anything, because when it started showing time passing and reaching around 15 minutes, I just threw caution to the wind and started rushing to see what else the demo had to offer. The time constriction doesn't make for an interesting demo overall, and I hope the data you're getting from the demo will be good for something.

I wasn't able to check, due to obvious reasons, but I think the key you get to access the entrance near the end of the demo can be used in a lot of places already available in the demo, so if you had the time to go around you would see a lot of information about RPD. Also, unlike RE7 demo, this one is literally the story you're going to play through, and that can be a justifiable reason to add the timer.

You should try it, just be aware of the 30-minute timer that will keep counting down while you play and explore.

This is a very odd addition to the RPG Maker horror games collection. It shows a story through different actions that result in different outcomes, but all of them are relevant to everything that happens.

I'll start with the biggest flaw that should have been addressed. It has "Engrish" style writing. It's not bad to the point of not getting the story through, but it is definitely bad enough to distract you during the game. I don't know how these chinese companies don't hire or, since they're quite small teams, ask someone to proofread scripts.

About the game itself, it's quite fun with a spiraling story. It's not that big, but it still has a decent amount of secrets and each one feels worthy of seeing. This part isn't really a spoiler, but I'll blacken it out just in case people want to find it by themselves. After the first ending, you get a code. The problem is, the game doesn't really tell you where you should insert it. Right outside your room, there are two doors (a bathroom and another room). In the middle of those doors is the place where you insert the code. This code gives you access to a very interesting playthrough that you shouldn't miss.

I recommend that you try it. It takes less than an hour to finish with all the secrets, and its story is presented in a very interesting way. I certainly wasn't disappointed and now I might keep an eye out for this team and their games (as long as their english releases get decent translations).

I was expecting something psychological mixed between the romance of a visual novel. What I got ended up being way more satisfying. Once it stops being a normal romance visual novel, you just can't stop playing, you just have to see what happens next. Try not to spoil yourself of the experience, just know that it gets amazingly disturbing (weird choice of words, I know) after about an hour and a half of gameplay.

Don't expect any type of gameplay apart from the visual novel style. This format is used to tell a story, and the game does that in a way that visual novels don't really go into. Even if reading a story through dialog isn't your thing, this game is worth it. I guess it also depends on how you go into the game, if you'll enjoy it or not. For me, I went into it expecting a normal visual novel experience and I got pleasantly surprised.

The soundtrack was also very enjoyable. The upbeat music really contrasts the things that the game shows you ahead. Also, the final credits music was great for a little closure of the story.

And that's about it. Go try it, you won't regret it.

10/10, would stare at Monika and hear her speeches forever.

A pretty fun platformer game with some nice mechanics. It could have used the "long jump", where you jump under a arrow and keep the forward momentum, a little more, as that was the most fun mechanic of the game. The challenges are all well balanced, so it never feels unfair. Well, maybe the last stage feels hard, but that's more to do with its longevity. The music isn't the greatest, but it fits the genre. Too bad it has this title, "Find You", but it doesn't explore any kind of storyline. Even the simplest thing would have sufficed, but this game just doesn't have it.

Overall, it's a pretty enjoyable platformer. Try it out.

A straightforward shoot'em up. The gameplay is very crisp and is challenging at every point (especially in the Master difficulty). The story is nothing to brag about and the soundtrack is decent.

You should try this game for it's gameplay, as it is well polished. It can get unfair and downright impossible at the hardest difficulty, but it is completely fair at Normal and Hard.

A pretty straightforward point-and-click game. But a very good one at it.

The music keeps composing itself in the background while you progress through the game, making for a great ambiance. This is basically the greatest feature in an already great game. Even if point-and-click games are not your style, this mechanic alone makes the game worthwhile.

The point-and-click mechanics are really good too, with a clue association screen that serves to propel the story onward and to connect the dots. The story is a little all over the place at the start, but it does come down to something good.

Try this game, you won't regret it. The only thing you will be sorry for is that it's short. Let's hope that this company keeps producing this kind of point-and-click games in the future.

A unique combat system, a simple, yet interesting story and a girl that can only talk through "?" and "!".

I had a very pleasant surprise with this game. I expected a normal RPG experience and was totally thrown out of it with how fast the story starts and how the combat system presented itself. I won't talk much about the combat system, you should see a gameplay video or just try it yourself to understand how good and refreshing it is. The exploration was nice as well, even if the game wasn't that big. It also has a secret dungeon, harder than the entire game, along with some other secrets.

If you enjoy RPG experiences from the SNES era, you simply have to try this game. It's like a throwback to older games, keeping their charm but still feeling new and refreshing. And when it goes on sale, you will have no reason for not trying it.
