With patch after patch, they have introduced new bugs, new duping methods, new lag, and new imbalance to combat. This latest patch somehow managed to downgrade the rarity/quality of a number of people's items, or even delete certain sets of items from the game entirely, with no compensation given to people who had spent time or money getting them.

Amazon Game Studio clearly does not have any long-term plan for the game, do not understand the long-term effects of their systems or changes to them, and do not have sufficient Quality Assurance or Support staff in place to ensure a good experience.

I had such high hopes and put in a lot of time, but I really don't expect them to be able to turn this ship around. Been burnt too many times.
