BUT, the most favorite 2 genres that I'm very into is Metal & Rock! I'm a metalhead who is absolutely fond of the sound of explosive guitar riffs! I listen to Heavy, Death, Glam, Thrash, Deathcore, Power, Melodic, Doom, Grindcore, NuMetal, Folk, Progressive, Psychedelic (Pigs x7 is goated, stoner not as much iirc), Industrial, Black, a bit of Sludge, Alternatives, and Crust Punk (Listening to disrupt while writing this) if I remember everything!

Current favorite bands are Paleface Swiss, Sadist, Dehumanizing Itatrain Worship, Nekrogoblikon and my favorite rock band is Motley Crue! (Their early music ofc they fell off)

If you are trying to get into metal music (Which I would ask why tf) but you don't know where to start, I highly suggest you can try something more melodic first! I think Hypocrisy is quite nice for starters! (And get prepared to be called a poser..)
