One of the best "souls-like" games out there. Has the very familiar feel and function of a Fromsoft game, with much more straightforward storytelling and world building. However, there's more than enough to set this aside as a unique experience of its own with weapon crafting, simple status effect management, and so on. Plus, its hard as hell.

This game is a perfect love letter to the series that SEGA forgot about. It takes everything that made JSR/JSRF amazing and improves upon it and makes it its own. Fluid controls, great visuals, funky ost (Hideki himself is back???), and an actual story this time around.

Seriously, you won't be able to GET ENUF.

DOOM and F.E.A.R had a baby, and he's ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ badass. Dual wielding shotguns, SCP influences, slide jumping; buy it.
